Another Milestone Achieved at MG Park Malinas
At the end of February, we celebrated the final delivery of offices 3 and 4, capping off a monumental project that not only met but exceeded expectations. A journey that began with our permit being granted on July 2022, and saw the start of construction on September 1, 2022, has now reached a successful conclusion.
This sprawling logistics center, strategically located in Mechelen along the E19 between Brussels and Antwerp, spans approximately 63,000 sqm comprising a warehouse, office space and a mezzanine. Our on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining flexibility and proximity to the client's production site, has earned great satisfaction from the client, showcasing our capabilities in providing exemplary logistics solutions and fostering successful partnerships.
