The official opening of Kellanova’s distribution centre

Celebrating the official opening of Kellanova’s distribution centre (Kellogg Company and Pringles) in Mechelen, managed by GXO Logistics, Inc. and attended by our Minister of Internal Affairs Annelies Verlinden and Mayor of Mechelen Bart Somers.

This 65,000 sqm facility streamlines operations and reduces traffic between production and storage by 30%, significantly lowering CO2 emissions. It includes sustainable features like rooftop solar panels already generating enough electricity for the facility, with plans for further expansion. With 250 employees, this expansion complements the existing Pringles factory, which has been a cornerstone in Mechelen since 1995.
