To optimize our customer satisfaction and continue our strong growth, we are looking for a Facility Manager to manage the facility management of our commercial buildings.
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various patrimony buildings:
- Follow up on technical installations: handle complaints and problems, contact assigned parties;
- Responsible for the facility management of our buildings: maintenance contracts with the suppliers and external service providers, insurance and contracts, …
- You’ll maintain relationships with stakeholders: tenants, suppliers, insurances, …
- Follow up on budgets and costs regarding repairs, servicing, cleaning; …
- Implementation and management of SLA’S (service level agreements) and KPI management;
- Reviewing sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions in existing buildings;
- Trimestral accounting and reporting to the management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We will be looking for someone who closely matches the following profile characteristics:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Facility Management, Construction or Project Management;
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ tangible experience, preferably in a similar position;
- Administration and structure do not frighten you;
- You have a commercial flair, think proactively and you like to take initiative;
- Knowledge of relevant legalizations in Facility Management is a plus;
- Dutch: mother tongue, very strong knowledge of English and French;
- You are willing to travel.
