MG Real Estate delivers strategic Vodafone European Logistics Hub in Luxembourg
Bettembourg – MG Real Estate has delivered MG Park Bettembourg, a major logistics development in Luxembourg that will serve as the pan-European logistics hub for Vodafone Procure & Connect. The project, located in the Eurohub Sud logistics cluster in Bettembourg, provides 26,000 sqm of BREEAM-Outstanding certified logistics space and strengthens Luxembourg’s role as a strategic distribution gateway for Europe.
The new Vodafone European logistics hub will centralise the storage and distribution of mobile and fixed network equipment for Vodafone’s European markets. From Luxembourg, the company estimates that nearly 90% of its European warehouses can be reached within 24 hours, significantly improving supply chain efficiency and accelerating equipment deployment across the continent.
The 26,000 sqm facility, developed by MG Real Estate in close collaboration with Vodafone, is designed to support the Group’s evolving European supply chain and is set to become one of the most sustainable and technologically advanced logistics centres in the region. The hub will be operated by the Vodafone Procurement Company, the Luxembourg-based entity responsible for Vodafone’s global procurement and supply chain operations, enabling the Group to centrally monitor its logistics network and inventory flows in real time through advanced digital systems.
The opening of the logistics facility was marked by a ceremonial tree planting at the entrance of the building, symbolising growth, sustainability, and the long-term partnership between MG Real Estate and Vodafone.
